Develops customized training curriculum that is both comprehensive and is of a visually robust commercial quality. Delivers training to user base in a classroom setting or individually based. Provides IT related recommendations and consultation to senior management levels. August 2003- 1/2007
Overseeing an 18 month computer modernization project at the Supreme Court, I coordinate curriculum development, training, software demonstrations, and I manage a hands-on user lab environment. I oversee change management techniques which include the creation of a 70 page technical manual which documents all new aspects of the planned software upgrade, and documents the current environment of each of the 200+ person user base. Furthermore, I direct file testing, file redevelopment, and a test-user facilitation program. My latest initiatives include the development and insertion of Computer Based Training (CBT) into user training.

I have trained many varieties of COTS, proprietary, and technical software products in private and government industry.

At the State Department as a contractor, I taught Foreign Service Officers in Internet and Web Mastering/HTML instruction. I headed the Internet department and duties included creating and maintaining a portion of the STATE.GOV Internet/Intranet site. As department head, I oversaw courseware and planned Distance Learning development.

I taught COTS training classes and Microsoft technical training classes. I completed a vigorous Train-the-Trainer program, and helped lead a technical training initiative.

As part of the change management team at the Northern Virginia Board of Realtors, I assisted in upgrading thousands of Virginia real estate agents from DOS to a Windows environment. Forty unwilling students at a time were taught in a somewhat hostile environment. I was promoted to head an entire geographical area (County CSR), and serviced the needs of an entire county.
